Jill Samuel joins the Dragos team as VP of Human Resources. A people person, Jill is passionate about building high performance teams and cultures that deliver results. Jill brings over 15 years of progressive leadership and human resource experience, including workforce planning, organizational development, talent and performance management and employee recruitment and retention.
Prior to joining Dragos, Jill led the HR function for RedOwl, a security company specializing in Insider Threat (acquired by ForcePoint). Prior to RedOwl, she led HR for Edge Hosting (acquired by DataBank) as well as BoxTone, a mobile device management company (acquired by Good Technology).
