Darren Sankbeil has over 18 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance advisory. Darren has helped a wide range of industrial technology and cybersecurity companies with private and public capital raising, M&A, strategic initiatives, and business plan development and evaluation.
Prior to being promoted to Chief Financial Officer, Darren served as Dragos’s Vice President of Finance and Strategy for three years leading the company through multiple rounds of investment. Prior to joining Dragos, Darren worked as a senior investment banker at Citigroup, Bank of America, JMP Securities, and Teneo Capital.
Darren has a BA in Economics and an MBA In Finance from the University of Michigan.
