Pete Grillot has over 10 years of experience in UI development creating interactive, responsive and performant web sites with the latest technologies. At Brightfind, he has been a lead front-end developer for National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), Catholic Diocese of Arlington and National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) websites. Prior to his work at Brightfind, Pete was a full-stack developer creating products for clients like Beam Suntory and their family of brands.
Pete has been interested in web development ever since computer lab in high-school, and though he did stray to pursue a degree in Economics from West Virginia University, he always came back to tinkering with websites. After working in the banking industry for a few years, he switch his focus to Web Development, earning a Digital Multimedia and Web Design certificate from the Computer Career Institute at Johns Hopkins University.
On his down time, Pete enjoys writing music and playing guitar. He also enjoys cooking and a good sci-fi book. He is located in Washington, D.C.
