Ephrem Rufael is the Director of Software Engineering with Dragos, Inc. where he leads a talented team of engineers responsible for building the Dragos Platform. Ephrem has over 20 years of engineering experience leading teams across the globe. Prior to joining Dragos, Ephrem worked for many years in the Biotech and Financial Services industries. Ephrem enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
