Daniel Michaud-Soucy is Vice President of Services at Dragos, where he leads the company’s global services organization spanning consulting and assessments, incident response, and penetration testing. His team works directly with critical infrastructure operators across energy, manufacturing, water, and other industrial sectors to assess, strengthen, and defend OT/ICS environments against real-world adversaries.
One of Dragos’s longest-tenured employees, Daniel has held every major technical and leadership role within the Services organization — from Principal Industrial Pentester to Director of Penetration Testing to Senior Director of Global Consulting Services — before assuming his current VP role in 2025. That depth informs how he builds and leads the practice: grounded in fieldwork, oriented toward impact at scale.
Prior to Dragos, Daniel was a Cybersecurity Lead Engineer at Sempra Energy, where he focused on R&D for machine-to-machine automated threat response, data aggregation from embedded devices, advanced threat detection, and secure system interfaces for ICS/SCADA. Before that, he spent more than five years at Red Tiger Security, progressing from lead technical resource on vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to Professional Services Director. In that time he led 30+ assessments across oil and gas, electrical power, and water processing environments, developed and delivered the Red Tiger SCADA Security Advanced training course, and trained over 800 industry professionals worldwide.
Daniel co-authored and co-teaches the Dragos “Assessing, Hunting and Monitoring Industrial Control System Networks” training course.
